Course Overview
The Certificate in Customer Service is designed to enable the learner gain an in-depth understanding of the customer service function within an organisation and to develop effective customer service skills.
Course Content
At the end of this course learners will be able to:
- Appreciate the importance of the customer to an organisation
- Understand the role and responsibilities of the frontline representative of an organisation
- Understand the team work necessary to meet customer needs and expectations
- Be familiar with relevant legislation
- Develop a customer oriented quality service consistent with best practice and standards
Assessment
In order to successfully complete the module participants will be required to complete one project and one assignment
Award
Upon successful completion of the module participants will be awarded a FETAC Level 6 Certificate in Customer Service.
Entry Requirements
Participants should have a Level 5 Certificate, or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences.
Duration
12 weeks, 2.5 hours per week.
